Refund Policy

Goods in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.  Items must be accompanied by the original documentation and in the original packing.

Please ensure that all returns are handled by an insured carrier.  EXTON Productions Limited cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.  EXTON Productions Limited will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Any goods that are returned later than 14 days from the date of purchase or are dirty, damaged, worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept or be liable for any form of refund or exchange for customised or personalised or monogrammed products unless faulty.

If any products are no longer available, we will notify you and arrange a refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
